This is a link...
...that is a bit unusual for me to post.
It's a blog I read--which is unlike anything in my side-bar. It's not one of the blogs that I would normally share with you. But this post....this post is amazing.
It reminds me how a new relationship SHOULD be. Of what I want someone to feel about me. Of what I deserve.
This man is a skilled wordsmith, even if you don't appreciate his topics. And this post is not what he usually writes about...so when I say NSFW--I mean it.

It's amazing how people will read fiction and then feel that it is how reality SHOULD be. I mean . . . it's erotica . . . well-written, fun to read. But it's not reality. Yeah, yeah. Tell me that I'm being judgemental and recriminatory. All-consuming passion for almost all the people on the planet would be stifling. But it makes great fiction because you aren't on the receiving end. I wonder how he'll like her old, stretched underwear hanging on the shower rod in a few months when things grow more comfortable. Now that's something someone should write a sonnet about. :)
"Le sigh, le purr." In Looney Tunes, whenever you hear this, something stinky is just around the corner, namely Pepe le Pew. Ah, the smell of western culture's romanticism in the morning . . .

I really enjoyed it. Brought back some flashbacks to a younger day for me. Now, I'm just feeling old and tired.
